Ben is a UK chartered trade mark attorney and Head of J A Kemp’s Oxford office. He joined the firm in 2012, bringing with him extensive experience from both private practice and a leading international law firm. Ben represents clients before the UK Intellectual Property Office and the World Intellectual Property Organization in both ex parte and inter partes proceedings. His clients include household names in luxury goods, film, fashion, food, gaming and sporting equipment, as well as SMEs across the pharmaceutical, retail, automotive, drinks, arts, charity and trade association sectors.
