Harriet is of Counsel in Covington’s London disputes team, with a particular focus on complex commercial disputes in the life sciences and tech sectors.

Harriet’s life sciences experience includes coordinating the defence of multi-jurisdictional product liability litigation, licensing disputes, and advising on complex post-M&A legacy litigation. Harriet spent 9 months seconded in-house at a medical devices multinational working on product liability and commercial disputes, and 18 months in the US and Canada coordinating product liability class actions and healthcare litigation.

Harriet is recognised in UK Chambers (Product Liability, mainly defendant), and as a LexisNexis Life Sciences UK Expert, and she is a market thought leader on product liability topics and in the life sciences space.
