Jeanne Fabre is a senior associate in the Paris office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. With a focus on the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, cosmetic, and food and beverage sectors, she provides nuanced advice to multinational companies and start-ups on a broad variety of complex European, domestic and cross-border regulatory and compliance matters. She guides clients through the complexities of clinical studies, product approval/certification, and promotional and advertising compliance, ensuring their seamless transition from development to market.

Jeanne Fabre’s academic pursuits have been complemented by over three years of professional engagement with both local affiliates and parent company. Her insights are further informed by significant secondments, including an 18-month stint at a rare disease pharmaceutical company and a three-month opportunity at another pharmaceutical company.
