Jérémie is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution group of the Brussels office. As data protection and digital regulation expert, he advises clients on EU and Belgian regulatory matters at the intersection of data, technology and regulated products, including the GDPR, the AI Act, the Data Act, the EHDS and cybersecurity. Jérémie also represents clients in commercial, IP and data protection disputes

Jérémie has developed strong sector expertise through multiple secondments within the Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) sector, including with leading pharmaceutical and medtech companies. He regularly assists those companies with compliance programmes, data governance, AI projects, cybersecurity matters, international data transfers and regulatory assessments of innovative technologies.

He co-leads the firm's AI initiative for the HLS sector and is a regular speaker and the author of books on data protection law and is currently preparing a publication on the new AI regulation.
