Peter advises on all aspects of EU and UK competition law. He has particular experience of advising clients in relation to merger control (M&A and joint ventures), and he also advises in relation to cartels, antitrust investigations, dominance and market investigations. In the pharma sector Peter has advised a number of companies on licensing agreements, patent settlement issues, lifecycle strategies and M&A transactions. He is a co-editor of Lexology Panoramic's "Pharmaceutical Antitrust" (EU), "Competition in Digital Markets" (EU), and is a regular contributor to the HSF Kramer Notes competition blog. Peter is dual-qualified in England & Wales and Belgium, and is recognised as a “Recommended Lawyer" in Lexology Index (formerly Who's Who Legal) (2025), and a “Leading associate" in The Legal 500 Belgium (2025).
