Rachel is a Senior Associate in Freshfields’ regulatory and product liability disputes practice. She specialises in product liability and consumer protection issues across a wide range of sectors, including life sciences tech.

Rachel regularly advises MedTech and pharmaceutical clients on product liability issues, including in the M&A context. In addition to her regulatory/advisory practice, she advises life sciences clients on disputes, and coordinates multi-jurisdictional product liability litigation.
