Sarah Hanson is Co-head of the Life Sciences & Healthcare Sector Group at CMS where she is one of the most experienced partners, leading on transactional matters.

Sarah has specialised in high value, cross-border commercial, intellectual property and outsourcing transactions for more than 20 years having advised on a broad range of commercial agreements relating to in and out licensing, sales and distributor arrangements, research and development, manufacturing and supply, strategic alliances and joint ventures. She regularly advises on product rights deals and supports her colleagues on M&A transactions.

She leads a team that is ranked Band 1 in Legal 500 and is personally recognised as a Leading Practitioner for her transactional work in both Legal 500 and Chambers.
