Martin GraySenior Legal Adviser at BANK OF IRELAND
Martin is a senior legal adviser and a member of Bank of Ireland’s Group Legal Services Strategy and Advisory team in Dublin. He has more than 20 years’ experience providing advice on financial institution M&A and operational restructuring as well as a wide variety of regulatory and compliance matters relevant to financial services operations in various jurisdictions. Martin is the dedicated legal support for Bank of Ireland’s recovery and resolution planning team. Prior to joining Bank of Ireland Martin worked in private practice in England (London, Manchester and Sheffield) with several international firms advising Clients’ senior management on a multiplicity of transactional, restructuring and regulatory matters. He holds a BA (Hons) degree from the University of Manchester in Accounting and Law.
