Phil joined NatWest in 2003.

In his current position Phil leads a multi-disciplined team with wide-ranging technical expertise responsible for regulatory capital, institutional ratings and credit analytics content delivery, and relevant transaction structuring and advice to NatWest Commercial & Institutional financial institution clients in the UK and Europe.

Phil has honours degrees in both Business Finance and Financial Services and also holds an MBA. He is a member of Chartered Management Institute, the Chartered Institute of Bankers, the Association of Corporate Treasurers and the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.
