Shana Sissel is the new Chief Investment Officer of Spotlight Asset Group. She began the role role as most of the globe was preparing to assume some from of lockdown due to the impact of Covid-19.

We chat to her about what it's like to start a new job in lockdown; if ETFs are still a crucial part of her strategy as CIO of Spotlight and something positive she's gained during the time of the pandemic.
