Garret is the Credit & Political Risk Lead for The Hartford’s Credit and Political Risk Insurance team in the US. Garret is responsible for managing credit and political risk insurance operations. This includes overseeing the underwriting process, maintaining underwriting guidelines and setting the team’s long-term strategy, building the existing insurance portfolio, and managing new and existing client relationships. Prior to joining The Hartford, Garret served as an Senior Underwriter for Credit and Political Risk at Beazley Group and held various underwriting positions at AIG and Great American Insurance Company (FCIA).

Garret holds a B.S. in Finance with a Minor in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business
