Senior Executive Officer, Private Sector Operations at CAF - Development Bank of Latin America

Marcelo dos Santos Sousa has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector and is currently a senior executive in the Productive Sectors department at CAF's Private Sector Vice Presidency. He is responsible for infrastructure project operations.

Previously, he served as an advisor to the Vice President of the Private Sector, was a senior executive for financial sectors, and led the private sector in Brazil.

He is a doctoral candidate in Finance at FGV and holds a master's degree from ENAP, an MBA from FGV, as well as executive training from MIT, Fundan, and Ohio, and certification in sustainable finance from the CFA Institute.
