Carole Chineze Marchand

Head of Product Development and Innovation at MIGA

Carole Marchand is heading MIGA’s Product Development and Innovation Hub from London. She is developing new applications of World Bank Group Guarantees to serve public and private sector clients.

Carole has extensive experience in public finance and structured finance, particularly in relation to infrastructure and energy projects. Carole also worked in sovereign financial advisory focused on West Africa.

Prior to rejoining MIGA in 2021, Carole was a Vice President at Global Sovereign Advisory and an Underwriter at MIGA.

She holds a master’s degree in finance from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris.
