Fabrizio leads the Marsh Credit Specialties’ Public Agency Practice globally.

Fabrizio's initial engagement with public agencies started in 2013, and he has led the development of Export Credit Agencies (ECA) reinsurance activity since then.

Fabrizio also leads the work with numerous multilateral development banks and DFIs, to support their private debt mobilisation strategy. He works seamlessly across the globe, bringing best practice and expert advice to his clients in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas.

Fabrizio specifically focuses on the interaction between Banks, ECAs, Multilateral Development Banks, Development Financial Institutions and Institutional Capital and how the private (re)insurance market can work harmoniously alongside the public sector to meet today’s pressing challenges linked to energy transition and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Fabrizio is a recognised expert practitioner in this space, and is often invited to speak at industry events or to contribute to thought leadership publications.
