Garret Glassman is the Head of Credit and Political Risk Solutions, US & Canada for The Hartford. He is based in New York City and has been with The Hartford since 2019.

Garret leads a team that works closely with multinational corporates, financial institutions, and public-sector agencies, providing credit and political risk insurance solutions that support global trade and investment in complex and emerging markets.

Prior to The Hartford, Garret held Senior Underwriter roles with Beazley, AIG, and FCIA (Great American Insurance Co.).

Garret received a Bsc in Finance and Economics from The Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business.
