María Arbulo is a Senior Analyst in the ES Risk Department at Cesce, the Spanish Export Credit Agency. She has extensive experience in the environmental and social review of projects supported by Cesce, but also in the field of climate-related risks, both from a transaction and corporate perspectives.

In the last years, she has been an active part of the team that has developed Cesce's Climate Change Strategy, implementing a wide range of actions in the areas of transparency, carbon accounting, and CC risk assessment, among others.

She also represents Cesce in different working groups in the international arena within the spectrum of the EU, the OECD, E3F or PCAF.
