Olga Tschekassin is a Country Risk Expert at the Swiss Export Risk Insurance (SERV), responsible for assessing sovereign, political and trade credit risk in emerging and developing economies. SERV offers export finance and facilitates trade by insuring political and commercial risks beyond the coverage of the private market.Before joining SERV, Olga worked as a Macroeconomist at Swiss Re (CH), Barclays Investment Bank (UK), and the European Commission (BE). She holds a Master degree in International Trade, Finance and Development from Barcelona School of Economics (Universitat Pompeu Fabra).
