Grace is an associate in the Planning and Public Law team and has experience across the stages of a development's planning lifecycle. She has been involved in various litigious planning matters including judicial review proceedings, inquiries, civil enforcement and Upper Tribunal (Land Chamber) references. Grace has experience drafting various commercial agreements between developers and local planning authorities as well as planning-specific agreements to modify or grant planning permissions and conditions. She also has an environmental science and management background and applies this knowledge to support clients to navigate the environmental impact of development.
