Ann Tutwiler is a Senior Fellow at Meridian Institute and a Senior Advisor at SystemIQ. She also chairs the Steering Commitee for the Water, Land and Ecosystems Research Program of the CGIAR, the Access to Seeds Foundation Supervisory Board and the Bioversity USA Board. She has recently joined the Advisiory Board of FoodShot Global. She is formerly the Director General of Bioversity International, one of 15 international agricultural development research centers. Bioversity is headquartered in Rome Italy. She served as Deputy Director General of the Food and Agriculture Organization in Rome, Italy. Before joining FAO, she proudly served President Barak Obama, where she worked to develop and implement Feed the Future.
