A marketeer with focus on biostimulants by passion, Arne Pingel leads Syngenta Biological’s Global Biostimulant Marketing Team with the goal to make agriculture more sustainable, crops more efficient and soils healthier, and to help growers to increased return of their investments under adverse growing conditions. Arne’s 27 years of experience in the field of agriculture includes secondments of several years in Japan, the Middle East and China. While being based in Switzerland, he also serves as Vice-President of EBIC, the European Biostimulant Industry Council, to strengthen the voice of biostimulants towards society, policy makers and growers and to support feeding the world’s population in an affordable and sustainable way.To recharge his batteries, Arne enjoys tasting new food, taking photos while discovering new corners of the world and especially sharing a laugh with friends.
