Profile

Elodie holds a key managerial and operational role to support EBIC’s achievement of its goals, including regulatory support.

As Association Management Consultant, Elodie is responsible for comprehensive project management of the association client's work plan, coordination of resources to serve the association client, facilitation and documentation of several of the association client's working groups. She oversees the operations of EBIC’s system.

Elodie trained as a lawyer specialised in food law (University of Nantes – France, and University of Zaragoza – Spain).

Before joining Prospero & Partners in January 2019, she used her legal expertise as a food law manager in an international consultancy in Brussels for eleven years. In that role she provided regulatory and strategic advice at the EU and national levels and was engaged in the management of several trade associations in the specialised food sector. She also completed a traineeship at the Food Law, Nutrition and Labelling Unit of (then) DG SANCO at the European Commission. She has also worked as food regulatory affairs consultant in France.
