Hélène Collignon is Chemical Policy Consultant at Prospero & Partners. The majority of her time is spent serving EBIC. She is tasked with consulting to five EBIC Project Teams (PT): the REACH+ PT, the Phosphites PT, the Residues and Contaminants PT, and the Industrial & Animal By-Products PT.
After studying and working in management, Hélène obtained a master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering where she specialised in biotechnology (ISIA - BE). Her thesis concerned the optimization of an elicitor-based biostimulant. Hélène is familiar with plant protection products and biostimulants, and she was previously a regulatory affairs manager in a regulatory consulting company in charge of dossiers submitted to EU member states.
