Iryna Kukhtina has extensive managerial experience in big international FMCG companies and in agrifood sector. Currently Iryna is leading Ukrainian Berries Association and working under sustainable development of fruits and berries production in Ukraine. Career path of Iryna includes management of big teams, multi-party international projects and creation of new organizations.

As international consultant, Iryna works with such organizations as ITC, OECD, USAID and other serving directions of agrifood markets intelligence, development of cooperation and business institutions and strategic development of export oriented companies in Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
