Amy joined Editas Medicine in 2022 as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller. In this role, she oversees general accounting and SEC reporting, procurement and payables, payroll, treasury, FP&A and supports strategic alliances and business development. Before arriving at Editas, Amy was the Corporate Controller at Rubius Therapeutics, where she grew private company processes into a finance team that supported a public company and operated within a SOX 404(b) compliant environment. Prior to joining Rubius, she held various accounting and finance roles, with increasing responsibility, over a seven-year tenure at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, including collaboration accounting and business development financial support. Amy started her career in the audit practice at PwC. She holds a B.S. in Business Management and an M.S. in Accountancy from Babson College.
