Jonathan is a senior transformation and strategy execution leader with 15 years of experience turning complex strategic ambition into delivered, embedded change. He has worked across the Lloyd's insurance market, banking, and Big Tech, including Amazon Web Services, Danske Bank, SMBC, MS Amlin, and Tokio Marine Kiln.

He is known for building the governance and delivery discipline that large organisations need to move at pace, and for doing it through influence, rigour, and the trust of senior stakeholders. Jonathan is CIMA qualified and holds a law degree from the University of Sheffield.
