Rita Mitchell is dual-qualified in the US and UK and regularly advises and defends corporations in a variety of criminal and civil investigation and enforcement matters, conducts complex, worldwide internal investigations in relation to bribery, corruption, fraud, sanctions, money laundering, corporate governance and workplace conduct, and advises on financial crime matters from a cross-border perspective. Rita leads the London Chapter of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association, a global network of attorneys and other professionals practicing in all areas of financial crime and investigations.
