Sean O'Connor, Global Director at Smart Design and Chair of the Design Track at FEI EMEA, had a chance to interview Jeremy Myerson, the Director of the Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design at the Royal College of Art, who will also speak at the Front End of Innovation EMEA taking place in Zurich, Switzerland on February 27-29th, about how design can improve business and enhance the quality of our lives.
