How does GAIM Ops Digital work?
Log-on. Watch and network live. Access on demand.
Before the event
Two weeks prior to the event, you'll be provided with a link to the digital platform so you can set up your profile to help kick your networking off on the right foot.
See who else is attending, reach out to arrange your meetings, and add sessions from the agenda to your own personal event timeline so you can be 100% ready for the following week.
During the event
Once the event kicks off, you'll be able to follow along in real time with the live sessions as listed on the agenda.
You can also use the networking part of the platform to arrange and hold meetings with the people who matter to you, at a time that works best for both you. Any meetings you schedule through the conference portal automatically show up on your own personal agenda.
After the event
The digital event platform will stay live for one week following the live event. Attendees will receive access to all the demos, on-demand content, and conference sessions*, allowing you to catch up on anything you might have missed.
The networking function stays live for one week after the event, too, so you can follow up with the people you met, or reach out to those you didn't manage to find the time to during the event.
*(Excluding sessions limited to closed-door attendance, using the Chatham House Rule or where a speaker has requested privacy.)
