Mr. Andrew Mittendorf, a managing member of Edendale Capital, LLC, is primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fund and is also responsible for the Fund's portfolio. Prior to co-founding Edendale Capital, LLC, Mr. Mittendorf worked at Morgan Stanley in the firm’s Private Wealth Management Division as financial advisor to high net worth individuals, families, and institutional clients. Before joining Morgan Stanley, he worked in Institutional Equity Sales at Dahlman Rose & Co (acquired by Cowen) covering premier hedge fund clients throughout New York and London. Prior to embarking on his finance career, Mr. Mittendorf was a professional soccer player in the United States and Europe. He was selected in the first round of the Major League Soccer draft in 1999. After his playing career, he founded and operated a successful sports training company in New York which was later acquired in 2007. Mr. Mittendorf has a B.S. degree from Lehigh University with a major in Finance.
