Asher Ailey has served as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance
Officer at Engaged Capital since 2024. He is responsible for
designing, managing and leading the legal and compliance programs at
Engaged Capital. He has worked in the investment management industry
for over 18 years, and has extensive US and international regulatory
experience across a variety of investment strategies. Mr.
Ailey earned a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Political Science from
Temple University in Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers
University School of Law in New Jersey. Mr. Ailey is licensed to
practice law in New Jersey, New York and as in-house counsel in
California.
