Beth Haddock is an experienced director and advisor with a strong background in financial services and blockchain. She holds influential roles as an independent director, chair of the Compliance Committee, and member of the Audit Committee for GMO-Z.com, an issuer of NYDFS-regulated yen and USD-backed stablecoins. Beth is also an Advisory Board Member and Policy Lead for the Stablecoin Standard and an advisor to DeFi leader Balancer Foundation.

In addition, Beth serves as Chief Legal Officer at AdvisorEngine, a Franklin Templeton subsidiary, and is Managing Partner at Warburton Advisers. She chairs the NYC Bar's Web3 subcommittee and is an active member of the Regulatory Advisory Committee for the National Society of Compliance Professionals. Beth developed a patented technology to measure compliance ROI and authored "Triple Bottom-line Compliance: How to Deliver Protection, Productivity, and Impact."
