Before joining Grounded, she served as Managing Director of Portfolio Strategy and Operations at Reinvestment Fund, where she led portfolio management, managed distressed assets, and directed credit risk and performance systems. Her early career spanned institutional real estate roles at BlackRock, Deutsche Bank, and Property & Portfolio Research.
She has guided boards and executive teams on operational improvements, leadership change, restructuring, and recapitalization, focusing on aligning mission with financial outcomes. A former adjunct professor and nonprofit board chair, she holds an MPA from Rutgers University, a BA from Colby College, and impact investing certifications from Yale School of Management and Duke University.
