Profile
Chris M. Iorillo joined Freeman Spogli in 2021 as CLO and CCO and assumed the role of CFO as well shortly thereafter. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Iorillo served as GGC and CCO at Variant Equity, Co-Founder, COO and GC at CounterPoint Capital, and Assistant GC at Platinum Equity. Mr. Iorillo received his bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Pennsylvania and earned a juris doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.
