Courtney is an Executive Coach in the firm’s Leadership Practice. Courtney advises experienced and emerging leaders on topics including: leadership presence, strategic communication, executive presentations, team engagement, and building influence. She frequently works with senior leaders on building relationships, communicating with confidence and establishing credibility.

Prior to joining CRA | Admired Leadership®, Courtney spent a decade assisting Fortune 100 companies globally with operational excellence and process transformation, including long-term expatriate assignments in Hong Kong and London. She successfully led multi-cultural teams through the delivery of business transformation initiatives.

Courtney blends business and organizational psychology through her advanced qualifications as a Certified Public Accountant and professional coach. Courtney received her B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting from Point Loma Nazarene University and studied Organizational Psychology at San Diego State University. She currently resides in San Diego, CA.
