Darryl Wegner is a Managing Director in the Forensic, Litigation and Valuation practice at PKF O’Connor Davies. He previously served 21 years as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, conducting and leading complex, multi-jurisdictional investigations into anti-money laundering, financial and accounting fraud, securities fraud, insider trading, health care fraud, anti-bribery and corruption, criminal antitrust, national security, counter-threat finance and sanctions.

Darryl has worked extensively with federal, state, local and international law enforcement and regulatory agencies. His FBI career included assignments in Boston, Washington, D.C. and Houston. Darryl's experience includes leading the FBI’s Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, kleptocracy and antitrust programs, served as deputy chief human capital officer, and helped establish a nation state-focused mission center.

Prior to the FBI, Darryl worked as an automotive engineer and later practiced corporate law with an international firm in New York.
