Mrs Ferry is the Head of Operational Due Diligence (“ODD”) at StepStone. In this role, she leads the team in performing operational assessments of third-party managers to identify and mitigate operational risk across the StepStone platform.

Prior to this, Liz was an Associate Director in the Alternative Investments and Manager Selection team at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (“GSAM”), where she was a senior member of the ODD team responsible for assessing the operational infrastructure and regulatory compliance framework of private equity and hedge funds. Prior to GSAM, she was a Vice President of ODD at Imprint Capital, an impact investing firm.

Liz received a BA in English Literature and Spanish from the University of Nottingham. She is an Associate Chartered Accountant (inactive) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
