Erin Lavelle leads the finance and operations functions at Flight Deck. Prior to joining Flight Deck in 2020, Erin served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for Tenzing Global, an equity long/short TMT and consumer-focused fund. Prior to joining Tenzing Global, Erin served as the Chief Financial Officer for Dalton Investments, an SEC registered global investment management firm with a focus on Asian equities from 2010 – 2019. Before joining the hedge fund industry, Erin was an Accounting Manager at Colony Capital LLC, a private equity firm from 2008 - 2010. She started her career in 2006 at KPMG LLP as an auditor in the alternative asset sector. Erin holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a CFA charterholder.
