Jennifer J. Pearson is the Chief Human Resources Officer and Employment Counsel at Deerfield Management where she has responsibility for leading all facets of the human resources function and strategy for the firm. Immediately prior to joining Deerfield, Ms. Pearson was employed as the Director of Human Resources and Associate General Counsel at Brigade Capital Management, LP, a $30bn credit-focused asset manager with 100+ employees globally, where she had global responsibility for building and leading the human resources function. Prior to joining Brigade, Ms. Pearson spent several years in private legal practice as an employment attorney. As an attorney in private practice, Ms. Pearson focused on providing advice and counsel to clients on a wide-range of employment law matters, focusing primarily on clients in the investment management industry.
