Joe overseas the management of Logica and is a member of the Executive Management Committee. Joe is responsible for overseeing key business activities in addition to orchestrating corporate, compliance, and legal functions across the firm. Joe is a seasoned corporate and securities attorney with over two decades of experience focusing on corporate and securities transactions, and regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters for investment funds.

As an attorney, Joe represented a diverse group of clients in a broad array of both domestic and cross border matters in the areas of asset management, financial services, and investment funds. Throughout his legal career, Joe held senior partner positions at global law firms, and most recently was a senior partner at Withers Bergman LLP.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Joe was responsible for managing the international trading and back-office operations at Schwab Institutional and prior to that, was an interbank F/X trader at Bierbaum-Martin in New York.

Joe completed his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Villanova University and earned his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University.
