Johanna Bombaci is Vice President of Operational Due Diligence at Hamilton Lane. She is a senior member of the team that is responsible for performing comprehensive reviews of private market managers’ operational environments. She is also responsible for the group's AI and process improvement initiatives. Before joining Hamilton Lane in 2019, Johanna worked at TIFF Investment Management, where she split her time between alternative investment fund accounting and reporting and operational due diligence. She has also worked for Deutsche Bank, implementing change management, and Chubb, where she began her career in internal audit. Johanna earned her M.B.A. in Strategic Management from Temple University and her B.S. in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA and PICPA).
