Joshua Barlow is the Managing Director and Founder of Valhalla Fiduciary which he launched in June 2018, where he is focused on being a non-executive independent director/trustee on Cayman hedge funds and US mutual funds.

Some of his current clients/boards include: Axonic Capital, One River Asset Management, Corient, Partners Capital, Camden Asset Management, KKR PAAMCO Prisma, LibreMax Capital, Coinbase Asset Management, Hill City Capital, Lighthouse,
Triata Capital, Arvin Capital, Graphene Capital, Acadian Asset Management, Brigade Capital Management, and Pacific Way.

Mr. Barlow previously was at PAAMCO from 2006 to 2018. Where he held various roles including Head of Operational Due Diligence and Accounting, CFO of PAAMCO Select, Valuation Committee head, and CFO of PAAMCO Europe and Asia. He served as a board member on many of PAAMCO’s Cayman Islands structured fund vehicles.

Prior to PAAMCO he was an auditor at Deloitte. He has a CPA and CAIA.
