Julie Dixon serves as Chief Compliance Officer for Voleon. Her career includes 25 years’ experience in financial services, during which she has directed compliance programs and regulatory examinations as a Chief Compliance Officer and consultant, serving both buy-side and sell-side institutions in the financial markets.

Prior to joining Voleon, Ms. Dixon was both the CEO of the Waystone Compliance Solutions division and Global Head of Product for Compliance for Waystone, a PE-backed, global Governance, Risk and Compliance firm. Prior to Waystone, Ms. Dixon founded regulatory consulting firm Titan Regulation. Titan Regulation provided consulting services to more than 400 clients over 10 years and was successfully acquired by Waystone in 2021. Prior to founding Titan Regulation, Ms. Dixon held various compliance and operations roles including VP, Head of U.S. Compliance for Citadel where she was responsible for both the fund and market maker compliance teams.

Ms. Dixon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri and completed postgraduate work in finance and accounting at Loyola University Chicago.
