Justine joined Hawk Ridge in March 2019. Prior to joining Hawk Ridge, Ms. Leung was a Compliance Analyst at ACA Compliance Group where she assisted in conducting on-site and offsite mock SEC examinations, compliance programs and other consulting engagements that touched upon a range of issues arising from the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Justine is admitted to the California Bar. Justine received her B.A. from Chapman University and her JD from Pepperdine University School of Law.
