Kim Tomsen is a Principal at Stamos Capital, where she provides guidance and subject matter expertise to the legal team. Before joining Stamos Capital, she was a partner at a boutique investment management law practice, where she represented and advised private funds, their respective management companies, and institutional investors and family offices on a wide range of investment management and securities law issues. Prior to her private practice, she practiced investment management law at international law firms in San Francisco and New York.
Ms. Tomsen received a BA from the University of California, Berkeley and an MA from Stanford University. She also received a JD from Columbia Law School. She is a member of the California State Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
