Profile
Lynda Knoll Cotter helps private credit and other alternative asset managers turn operational complexity into measurable results. She focuses on how work actually gets done, bringing together process redesign, data, technology, and adoption so AI creates value instead of scaling existing friction.
She spent 11 years as Global Technology Director at Advent International, leading technology-enabled business transformation across portfolio monitoring, CRM, data quality, and enterprise technology adoption. Earlier, she was a management consultant and co-founded Market Performance Group. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
At CT Altera, she works with private credit and alternative asset managers on operational transformation and AI adoption. She recently spoke on AI and operations at Boston Tech Week and facilitated a Women in AI roundtable on proving and scaling AI at GAI World.
