Mark is a Managing Director and Head of Valuations at Antares Capital. He leads the firm's global valuation function and establishes its core governance policies.

Prior to Antares, Mark served as Director at Crestline Investors, leading the valuation and asset management functions. Previously, he directed business development for a suite of multi-asset class pricing and risk solutions at Bloomberg LP. Earlier in his career, he held multiple leadership roles at State Street, most recently responsible for the development and execution of valuation control policies and NAV oversight within State Street's asset servicing business. Mark holds a B.A. in Finance and is a CFA charterholder and CAIA charterholder. He also serves as a board member of the Financial Instruments Board for the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC).
