Mason Lender is the Head of the MSCI Diligence Platform, where he leads AI product strategy and development, go-to-market execution, and client engagement.

Prior to joining MSCI, he was the Co-Founder and CEO of Vantager, a private markets technology platform designed to streamline investment diligence for institutional investors. Vantager was acquired by MSCI in 2026. Mason holds a bachelor's degree in Statistics & Data Science from Yale University.
