Profile

Matthew Harris is Assistant Director and Co-Head of the Private Funds Unit in the Division of Examinations, the SEC’s specialized unit dedicated to examining advisers to private funds. Matt previously worked in the SEC’s IA/IC exam program in Chicago. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wheaton College and is a CFA® charterholder.
