As Principal within the Operational Risk Management team, Max is responsible for overseeing operational due diligence ("ODD") activities across Innocap. Together with the broader due diligence team, Max oversees the assessment and the integration of new trading advisors and funds on the Innocap platform by ensuring that operational risk management is assessed, monitored and mitigated.
Max received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Université de Sherbrooke and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder. Max is also a member of the AIMA Canada Executive Committee, which provides important leadership on driving strategy, engagement and impact for the alternatives industry across Canada.
