Megan Claucherty is Head of Regulatory Governance at Millennium, where she partners across the firm’s global organization to advance regulatory governance and navigate the complex global regulatory landscape.

Megan has spent her career advising investment advisers and alternative asset managers on legal, regulatory and compliance matters. She previously served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Kodai Capital Management and a leading institutional investment advisory and OCIO firm. Earlier in her career, she was in-house counsel for a large global asset manager and represented industry clients in private practice on matters arising under the federal securities laws. Megan began her career with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

She holds a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario and a J.D. and MBA from DePaul University.
